The scenery is so beautiful?

Rereading this for October because i honestly don’t remember it that well. It’s a little spooky but the writing is so gorgeous. Stoker is very good at world building.

Describing the paper records left by the previous director as sedimentary levels and dirt is something that I have never heard before but feels so fitting for psychedelic feeling of Area Xs environment. Currently wrapping my brain around that. Still confused wtf the psychologist was trying to achieve
