I love this cookbook and have been using it for three months. Unfortunately the binding gave way and the pages just started coming off. It can't stand up to rigorous use in the kitchen. I even have a book stand but it didn't help. I returned the book and I was given a new copy. I am not too sure if it will do the same thing. Sarah's new book looks like it has better binding.
