CRAZY first chapter, but it's really good so far

lowkey it's crazy how hooked i am into this book but since I'm reading it for a class i can't read more rhan a certain amount of pages per day 😭

This book was one of the blind dates with a book at my library, so im excited to finally start it!!!1

only ever watched the first 30 minutes of the original x-men, but i saw this at the library and felt it calling my name

im actually so excited to have kit's perspective

somehow I end up reading every Casey McQuinston book that comes out, even though I can't say she's a favorite author of mine or anything

i'm excited to start this though, since a romance set during a European food tour sounds like my thing

the PDA in this whole book is atrocious

I had a feeling the epilogue of the last book was just the first two chapters of this one

...it kind of just feels like a repeat of the last book if im going to be honest

like at this point she's spent more of the book locked up than actually doing anything

i feel like that scene was supposed to be super deep but tbh it just made literally no sense at all

wait i'm actually liking this so much more than i thought i was going to

so is this even worth reading? i don't particullary like Kenji in this trilogy, and the rating is so low that i'm debating just jumping into imagine me. but i also kind of want to be able to say i completely read the series so idk what to do lmao

so i can't decide if i like this plot twist or not

on one hand i HATE when the villain comes back after they've already been killed, but i am kinda interested to see where this whole story goes

so im a little confused, but i think that's the point. i also like having more of kenj's pov that just that novella

Kenji don't be relatable right now, it's making me sad 😭

I didn't even realize it'd been two years since I read the original trilogy until I tried to jump into this book without even review the plot of Ignite Me 😭

Anybody have any good recommendations for one of those short plot recap Youtube channels???
