Finally, the Wandering Inn is back on track

Ughghgg. The politics are such a drag. It's just a bunch of arguing back and forth it makes my head hurt.
I miss the fun parts, which I love but it doesn't come up often enough in the last 3 books.

Ugh, all the side stories and characters are soooo boring! I was actually okay with Ryoka's story this time around but the other Earth people were a real drag!
I'm just happy we're finally going to someone at least a little more interesting, Nier. I'm sure the last 20% will be more entertaining but this book has the longest side stories compared to previous books (I think). Plus, it's not a back and forth but all.

It's too bad that this one is focusing on Ryoka. I never liked her POV, and the title already tells me she will be heavily focused. We are already off to an uninteresting start. I guess one thing that is more bearable is the fact that she's kind of depressed right now so her inner monologue isn't around to annoy me.

These clown chapters are such a drag. It was okay the first two but now it's just too long. And don't get me talking about the politics talk

Can we stop with he is my king, i will do anything king, best king, hurray king? All of this and I still don't know why people would die for him. Like, what have he done to deserve this? I don't get it. I don't believe it

I was having a lot of fun again with this book. Love Erin and the crew but man it's so annoying getting back to Ryoka. I cannot stand her greed and internal thoughts. "I want it, never wanted anything more" uh girl, didn't you say the same for that magic book last time? *Roll eyes*

This was not the best book. Repetitive wording and sentences. Boring. Characters not acting like themselves. It's like the author went through some tough times in their life and it leaked into their writing.

Wtf is wrong with Erin?

I'm losing patience. It's been full of contents I don't care for so it is pretty frustrating. We start with Erin as the main character but it's been 6 chapters already and nowhere of her narrative in sight. I didn't know if it'll get better with her considering how she sounded kind of annoying and a whole different person in Ryoka's pov. What is going on here?

Not sure what page count I'm on but the characters voices sounds off in this book. Ryoka got more annoying and had a scarcity mentality. This time around she's also not as sharp. Erin was even worse, i love her story but why does she sound so timid and forced. It's bad, really bad right now. I'm kind of upset

Not sure how far but about 1/3 of the way through it was so unbearable. I skipped!! Never ending grinding to lvl and it was all in the characters head. 😒

Why would someone not have any army as backup for yourself? Sounds silly and stupid to me.

I don't like ari, she's getting too much focus

These books strayed from what they used to be. It's getting boring and not even portal fantasy anymore. I'm questioning why I still get and read them, I should just stop here.

What the heck, only 100 pages left and I have no idea where this is going. Finally getting into the fantasy land and other than mystical creatures it reads so boring. Even these mystical creatures are boring like a boring life of a normal person.

I'm about to DNF this behemoth of nothingness.

Hmmmm.... Not sure yet. Lots of characters, lots of pov. Too early to say but already feeling like I should already care
