I'm not sure if its the narrator (I generally dont enjoy audiobooks) or the actual writing, but why is everything a question?? And why does it feel like the same piece of information is repeating (internally!!) like 5 times.

Currently, a little insulted this is being compared to series like throne of glass. I'm not a fan of Odessa right now and considering we are basically trapped in her head, oh man.

This book is crack and I can't stop

Imagine my suprise when my mood-reading self decided I was finally ready to tackle this book off my TBR. I checked it out at the library. Then I checked to see if it was available on KU.

I PREORDED THIS BOOK IN SEPTEMBER 2021. I'VE OWNED THIS BOOK FOR OVER 3 YEARS.

I WILL consume ever version of the "woke up married" suprise trope. Its a problem, but I love it too much to stop

A grossly accurate observation applicable to even an average person today.

I'm a little surprised by the high reviews. This is giving amateur den of vipers, with some basic characters you can hardly tell apart, and the blandest writing style I've seen in a while. Started skimming between 30 & 50% progress.

Charmed by the authors note: "If you find any other inconsistencies, feel free to remind yourself this is a work of fiction."

I'm in love and I haven't even started.

Ventured out of my comfort zone for this one. Fairly certain this isn't supposed to be funny, but the dry humor is so on my level I'm cracking up.

Why is the dialogue so awful? Tempted to skip the series based on this prequel alone
