I’ve got to say it’s hard to go from Andrew Eiden narrating At Dark, I Become Loathsome to Teddy Hamilton (same guy) reading a lead male character in a romance novel.

And checking out physical audiobooks from the library? Was this written before Audible? Or audiobook downloads?

So, ignoring all the parts about dyslexia and how the author seems to think it’s some type of life long reading death sentence, the rest of the book is a perfectly enjoyable summer/beach read.

(Listening on Audible so unsure of the page number, about 1 hour left in the book) Honestly, the biggest draw for me has been listening to the crazy senator’s theories on dividing the voting populace. It’s pretty true to life these days.

I guess this is the adult in me saying that this book was trash. a book about a kid who drives drunk nightly, goes through girls like tissues, and doesn't believe in a future. I simply can't recommend any adolescents read this let alone watch the movie.

Highly addictive trash. I'm hooked and I read book 3 first.
