I’ve decided, by the end of the month, to release a new version of my short story collection Wild Enough and Free. The current version is 13 years old and an update is in order. I’ll punch up the introduction and the forwards to each of the stories, and I’ve designed a new cover. I’m also writing a new short story for it; the working title is “Orphan Moon”. I’m about 7000 words in and going strong.

Really enjoying this. "Our creations retain some trace of their old ancestry in the wombish earth, some memory of an age when they were bodied forth out of strain and exuberance."

Fascinating, but uneven. Lots to think about.
