Gonna read it physically, the audiobook is not a good way to read this book with the constantly changing POVs

I feel so lost. How am I 4 hours into the audiobook and I’ve only just finished chapter 2?
This book is thick not just in page count but in how it’s written, characters and scenes are thrown at me while I’m still in the middle of trying to process the previous scenes and characters. Setting descriptions are nearly nonexistent and I feel like I can only name two characters of what seem to be 50 introduced.

Okay the last two books were nothing special, but this 6th book has given those books so much significance. Only a third done and I wanna rate it 5/5

Putting on back burner, after this. Characters are too one dimensional to draw me into reading more.

This is fun, I'm not sure if its gonna be like this every book but its basically fantasy mystery

Idk if today was just not a good day but I had an awfully hard time paying attention this entire book. I don't really feel like I've been invested into anything going on except for the single plotline that was promised since the first chapter of the book, which keeps getting delayed for what I think are dumb reasons. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
