I honestly didn’t enjoy Serpent and the Wings of Night as much as I thought I was going to. But I really enjoyed Carissa Broadbents writing. So I decided I’d give this smaller novel a try. And Vale, oh god I love him so much. This is absolutely beautiful and makes me want to invest in book 2!

Can I please just fucking skip all of Zevanders chapters? I hate the third person pov and… him lol
