Lou Reed is defiantly one of my top 5 musical heroes to have shaped who I am as a musician. So far, I have not been able to put this book down. This book is excellently written and does not hold back in shedding light on Reed's uglier moments. I'm currently in his mid 70s period where his drug use is at its height so lots of moments you wince at.
