Starting off the new year with a reading slump 😭✌🏼💔 (I’m currently crafting a lot instead of reading, but I wish I’d enjoy reading again because I was doing really well)

Book finally added to GR. Yay, now I can track my progress since I started reading it last Autumn.

(Got a signed copy because my friend is the author)

A western with mentions of piracy and seafaring? Perfection, I say, without a doubt.

Hooked since page 1. Also: Winchester, my beloved.

(I traded my cutlass and burgoo for a Winchester and jerky. From pirates to cowboys, and playing Red Dead in between.)

Happy to announce that I've been getting back into reading again (at last). I cannot put my e-reader down anymore. Besides reading a pirate story with a female protagonist (hurray), I've started reading my friend's debut (which has not been added to GR yet unfortunately).

All I'm trying to say is: it's good to be reading again. I'd missed it so much.

Thank god for this book getting me out of my slump.
