Odd subjects being explored but I've enjoyed the dialogue.

Enjoyed the community vibes of this part of the book! Very nice to see L, A, E and T all getting along.

Criticised too soon!! Absolutely lovely chapter showing a strengthening bond between A & L. Love the descriptives in this part and plot progressed well.

Exploring some dark topics just on a shallow level. Luckily did add something to the plot - not included for no reason. Enjoying the back and forth a between L & A

The attraction between the main two characters hasn't been built up enough and everything seems a bit shallow and meaningless. Hoping something happens to bomd them deeper and allow the reader to be immersed in their relationship. ATM, too much focus on the attraction and not a lot on the plot and goings on (which is fine if that's what you read for, but it's not for me).

Great start! The book establishes character relationships clearly and shows off Werner's witty humour well. I would have liked to see a bit more description of the characters so I can picture them - even though I've read the first book, one can forget the character design after a while. Especially when many books have been read in between!
