This is my walking pad book so I’m slowly chunking through it! Ngl it makes me feel very educated post-grad to read a non fiction sociological feminist novel while walking two miles

The chapter on reality tv and how it grew around being normal ppl but ppl willing to humiliate themselves was very eye opening. I’ve never liked reality tv and I think this is why haha. I’ve started the Girls (Lena Dunham) chapter and it’s so interesting to read given its recent surge in popularity!
