I haven’t picked this up in a while, but i’ll get back to it soon.

loving this book so much, it’s such an interesting look into a life I had almost no idea about. I was also intrigued to read about a movie I watched while young but never was able to access again.

So far i’m enjoying all the natural language. After listening to John’s podcast “The Anthropocene Reviewed” I notice his mentions of sycamore trees (among other things) reflect the way he speaks about them as a symbol of endurance, beauty and solace, which so far seems on par with the themes of this novel
