I powered through more and it’s been fine but once again-the author has not even bothered with google maps. Our girl who lives in Boston proper, went out to a restaurant in Worcester (which she keeps calling just North Boston despite naming a famed spot there) and was back in her Boston penthouse in less than 30 min? Counting the time it takes her to gather her things etc. how fast are we driving??? Illegal speeds

Almost want to DNF because it being set in Boston is such a big deal and yet she said she wants a treat from the bakery in”Little Italy”. It’s called the North End. Minimal, absolutely minimal research would tell you that. Hell, finding out Boston has an Italian neighborhood would involve some level of google that would tell you that.

Really liked the first book and the second one is definitely living up to expectations! Love me a fake relationship with a billionaire trope!!!

I adoooore the characters but I feel like miles in the second book was kind of eh compared to an amazing first book but this third book is …I’m forcing myself through. No one is likeable and the plot doesn’t exist. It’s just giving kaleb a book but with no development. First book might be where I should have stopped. But here we are.

Ohhhh I am kicking my feet and wiggling my toes finally some Seth Caleb canon lovin’. Also did absolutely google and spoil myself to know that that’s endgame and to learn that I absolutely must read the novella extras. Next is I need lance and Darius to hook up. Honestly, let’s just use the Vega twins as plot devices they’re no longer MY main characters.

Lets gooooo!!! Is THIS the book where Seth is loved and cherished and adored as he deserves? Who knows but imma find out (and enjoy reading the other characters too, but oh ho ho. Gimme the good Seth content-the curse of liking a side character most 😭)
