I absolutely loved Rio in every previous book, but I am not so fond of the 2nd chance trope. I mean sometimes I like it sometimes I don't. And here I definately don't like to see Rio hurt. I want all the best for the honorary girl club member. And it hurts my hurt to see him so downcast. I know HEA is on the way but the path to it will be painful (mostly to me). (╥﹏╥)

I am so tired of being this emotional. Tell me why did I spend 30 minutes crying because I couldn't stop feeling sorry for Isaiah for everybody leaving him alone all at once. Like, yes I understand they will be still around but still. And his trauma and anxiety (and frustration over his anxiety) is just so sad.
On another note these contemporary romances I have been reading lately sometimes really make me feel single

Clara is a bit infuriating. She constantly changes her mind over her strategy of how to deal with her situation. Girl, could you be a bit more patient and calculating? And her behavior makes me question how she was able to hide so long before she got caught.
Also it bothers me how young the 2nd prince is and WAS when he was made headmaster of the academy. And the timeline of events just confuse me a lot.

Second read, I still love it. I was feeling down this morning and I needed my emotional support murder girly. So good :D

On hold for now. It started to be good and then... I got angry at smth. I am waiting to see if I can let that go and enjoy the rest of this book.

First novel is done. I barely started the second in it.

Honestly, what kind of drug was put into these books (the Kings of Sin series) that I cannot stop consuming it. And where can I get more? XD
