So far, in chapter one this book portrays indigenous diplomacy and strategic resistance during the early encounters with European explorers and traders, particularly highlighting the nuanced and calculated actions of Chief Tatoosh and other indigenous leaders. Also, this shows a lot of cultural misunderstandings between indigenous people and Europeans.

Ah this is so fun so far. Love the concept we have going here. All her bonds seem 🫡😏
