The passage of time in the novel makes no sense!! ***spoilers*** the journey to Philae is difficult and they must go by train, boat, and “camp in a single tent in the desert” yet Whit is back in 3 days time?! And Inez’s aunt and cousin show up within two weeks of the cousin’s death?! How?! They wouldn’t have even received the letter or her casket by then yet!!
