Skim read - very pragmatic approach but I think a lot of people would find it useful.
I liked the end section exploring the possibility that the reader themselves is the tricky person. Everyone can be tricky sometimes.
It’s useful to know how to deal with the different types of tricky people in different situations e.g. work, romantic, family
