I stopped reading this book after ~70 pages 1-2 years ago. Decided to give it another try with the new movie coming up, and boy am I glad I did. Turns out I stopped RIGHT before the story really picks up at around page 80. At page 120, there was a jawdropping twist that made my heart race, and I have been unable to put it down since. I have to force myself now bc it’s 5:30 AM. Don’t give up on this one.
