I’m having a big problem with Spotify. Like, I just paid my premium subscription on January 9. I opened my account and realized I didn’t have the premium. I contacted customer service and they said that they couldn’t help me even when I showed them the receipt proving that I wasn’t lying and that I had Spotify premium. Both of the men that help me said that they couldn’t resolve the problem? Wtf?
