The book has been really good so far. This is a completely different take on a Dragon fantasy book. Emotional depth. Favorite part so far has been when Dri sees fog for the first time. I don’t know that I will look at it the same now.

There is a lot going on at the moment. Girlfriend is NOT happy. That is the one consistent thing I’ve seen through the book. I like the time warp piece, to see how she does in both environments. I won’t give anything away, but honestly, I feel like I understand as much about what is happening at this point as I did when I started the book.

This is a surprising read so far. If you are looking for something wholesome and sweet keep looking. This is more about what happens when we glamorize things without all the context.
