So far, every character repeats themselves when they speak. Annoying. And I'm having a hard time keeping up with who's who in the Jamesons brood. I have to keep going back to re-read.

I'm struggling through this one. I want to know how it ends but the teens and the adults in this book are beyond unlikable. And the amount of curse words! Every other page! No one can have conversation without them.

Wow. Judgemental and selfish main character.

This is not starting like a Harlan Coben novel. Why is he repeating himself? I've read twice that Matthew's mother is named Laila within seven pages. Then in case I forgot, he mentions Laila's son is named Matthew. I hope this gets better and the inevitable twists makes me forget about the repetitiveness.

After just ten pages, I found lots of insight I need to write down and think on.
