Can’t describe how excited I am to relive a book that I adored in my teens.

I hate self help books and the fact I bought this book in January yet still haven’t finished it feels like a sign that I need to finish it to sort out my habits

I AM OBSESSED AND DONT WANT THIS BOOK TO END

Honestly, I’m kinda obsessed with this book.

It must be a good book if it was nominated & won the booker but at page 156 of 309 I just don’t think I’ll ever finish it.

The story is enthralling for sure but my god, Paul, every time someone takes a breath what follows is a page of what’s in their surroundings & what they’re thinking about. I’m waiting for the story to kick into gear but it never does.

Yup the Irish but sorry this book ain’t for me.
