I am so confused! I am bored. I am 37% (163 pages) in, and urgh
1. Is Mr de Winer the OG gaslighter? Am I supposed to like him?
2. I have enough anxiety, I do not need pages of "not Rebecca's"!! Am I supposed to like her?

I just have to keep telling myself he is gonna save her!!!

It's giving me anxiety! This is one of those books where I'm on the edge, and I want the chapter to be over so I know what happens!

I am stopping here for today, to think if I want to finish this. It is just giving me the ick.

Oh, I am angry for her in chapter 8!!! Let's not act like she doesn't have reason to be upset! I would have been heated!!

There is a lot of bark, but where is the bite? The banner is cute, but this is not the book I thought I was diving into from the hype videos I saw. If you replace the cursing, and the fairy orgy (which was very much still clean), this would be a nice YA read, but that is not what I was looking for when I chose to download this book. I feel let down, and I don't think it is going to get better.

I am not sure about this one.
