I finished 3 chapters of my book. So far, this book has tremendously changed my mentlity. Teaching me ways to seek through a person's character, observe your surroundings, how to communicate towards a person when feeling overwhelmed, and how to control my emotions, anxiety, depression, etc. It's really well written, and I love how it has helped me control what I thought couldn't control within me in reality.
