I'm coming in with a few ideas I want to explore, especially related to:
- State Power, Control, and monopoly on "legitimate violence."
- "free society" and "personal liberty" being ideas historically shaped by technical bottlenecks on surveillance and enforcement and what happens when AI dissolves those limits

New project, reading with David. We'll try to keep each other on track, check-in intermittently on what we've read so far. Gotta get through the first chapter by this weekend.
