Historical fiction. Supposedly Shakespeare was married to two women named Ann. It was also a very bad time to be catholic. And interesting book so far and I’m almost done.

Past meets present. Well written. I enjoyed it. WWll story. Female heroine. I liked the back and forth.

Loved it. Wildly sweet and romantic but touches on dementia and child abuse too. An easy easy and I will read more from her for sure.

I am almost done with this book. I have read other books by Kate Quinn. She is a gifted author. I have to say that while I was intrigued by Lady Death, since she was a real life sniper in WW2, it was a bit repetitive and a challenging read for me. A lot about her kill count and her military prowess. The book had its peeks and valleys. I respected Mila’s zeal and focus. But I lost interest a few times.
