- I thought this was a very fun concept to do! Specifically cuz u cant tell if its from a real person or not just by reading the “from the publisher “ story! I enjoyed “the coffin maker” and “the young lady peasant “the most out of belkins stories lol

So far the weakest part of this book, the short stories were rather boring and not super interesting and i think its getting too much with sheridan’s stories , i cant wait for some other authors finally

??? This started of good but it seems that the author just gave up at the end?There is no real conclusion ,nothing but a very abrupt “okay this is over goodnight!” Like what? And near the end he even says he is not gonna tell us about a specific encounter that would explain all of this? There is another story that i suspect will continue this hopefully
