Started this on audible a bit ago

This book is ALL over, like the first half of the story and the middle & every other parts of the story are completely different. It’s like the author had too many ideas and shoved them all into the book. I’m just getting a little confused

I’ve been listening to this book for a bit now & im not gonna lie I so very badly do not like this book. But I only have 2 hours left on audible and I feel I need to finish it but it’s making me so mad & annoyed. It’s just really repetitive and the main characters don’t have like any connection. I’ll finish it & I’ve heard good recommendations so maybe it’s just not for me.
