I feel like there is stuff that is happening but there’s no thrill in anything? Like you think a big drop is coming but it’s barely even a bump

Writing style is def better but the development and plot is not. DNF

Ok I moved past the block I was in to continue and it’s not bad! But idk if I’m liking the writing style. Date I say the chapters are too short?? I think it’s an issue only bc almost each chapter ends like a cliffhanger and we’re not even near the end yet

Book 1 MCs were great but book 2 trauma’d MCs are not my vibe
