the last time i read a novel was in 2022. its now 2026. its been 4 years of no leisure reading.

in the past 4 years, Ive always missed who I was in 2022. saying i was smart just because I was a reader is an understatement. no, i wasnt just smart. my soul was filled. besides reading, I also loved to write. because reading wasnt enough, I had to write.

Its like touring Tartt’s house and you know exactly where you are from how she talks. Her writing, its technicalities and themes of it, changes depending on variations such as the scene, the timescape, even the character’s sanity.
