hmmm... unsettling but good

The part where she was talking about shin is so wholesome and sad I get her i get that moment when you want to know what it must be like for someone else to suffer and try to feel their emotions instead and then return to yourself and feel a mixture of gratefulness and guilt

It's the first time i feel like sobbing reading a book

And the evening haze is pink. See how the rays from the setting sun melt and blur into the haze, which is why it takes on such a soft pink glow. The pink haze drifts & sways amongst the grove of trees, trailing above the road and caressing the meadow, before gently enveloping my body (..) and then lightly embraces me.
This was so beautiful it said everything i always failed to describe while looking at sunsets

something about osamu dazai writing always hook me and haunt me, i always find myself wanting to read more and i feel a sense of comfort in relating to his words and how feelings and events are perfectly described.

I know this is going to take a very dark turn

I just noticed how beautiful the name of each character like it really fits with the story

The atmosphere is so beautiful

I love how this book is so relatable to the darkest rotten parts in my bones and heart. I love how it shows feelings i never was able to describe; failure, dread, sadness, depression. how it shows me the parts that my brain mostly hides it from me so i don't acknowledge it
