Fun fact I didn’t look at the description of the book before reading. I don’t do that for any of my books actually.

This is absolutely NOT what I was expecting but I think I’m actually really kinda enjoying it??

This so far is seeming incredibly narcissistic, fat-phobic, and even slightly racist. I’m shocked all of the comments on it (YouTube audio book) are so positive. I guess maybe it will turn around.

I’m really enjoying the writing so far, I think this is definitely one of those books I’d need to listen to (#audiobooking) more than once to get everything out of it and I love that. I really needed some good writing after the mush I’ve been reading. Actually, I feel like I developed a lot of my vocabulary growing up listening to my mom read old classics to me, like Anne of Green Gables, Alice in Wonderland..

Ugh it’s just cringe I fear

Tell me you’ve never experienced an actual anxiety disorder without actually telling me. Seriously?!

Holy crap. This is written like a middle schooler trying to meet a word limit and look cool to his friends by cursing a ton. How many times will “calm the fuck down” be said? The analogies are getting so out of hand, it seems like she’s just avoiding the actual subject at this point. Casual to a fault.
