Getting good finally at 75%

6(ish) months without a TJR book was TOO LONG! But I’m locking in! 65 pages in and my jaw has dropped 3 times. OH AND I underlined the first two sentences of this book, that’s how you know it’s going down for real!!!

Okay so the octopus knows about Tova’s late son?? Attention grabbed.

Listening to this on audio to prep for the girlies movie night we’re gonna have when the adaptation comes out in May.

YEAH. I think since 6 am this morning, I’ve read close to 100 pages. That NEVER happens for me. Can’t put this down! Feeling so inspired! How do people not love this book?

I’m experiencing the same giddiness reading this as I get every single time I rewatch To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.

The way I’m relating to Blair is not even funny. Also the fact that I’ve highlighted a line on every single page, is also not even funny.

I’ve watched Haley’s YouTube for years! And of course, as a fellow, aspiring writer girlie, I followed Haley’s writing journey as she posted on YT & Instagram. It’s so cool to be reading it now! I feel like I’m reading my friend’s book. Is that para social? Don’t know. Don’t really care!

This went from a 5 star to a 3 star so quickly :,(

Correction — she would be my THIRD Katherine Center 5 star! How could I forget Things You Save In a Fire?!?! But yeah, still devouring this.

This began so abruptly and I loved it! I immediately got pulled into the story and I’ve cackled several times already. Thank you for that, Katherine!

Eating this book up, but I feel like it’s dragging out where it doesn’t need to, so that’s slightly disappointing :(
