Read for my yoga program. MN author so I loved that and the snowman metaphor 🥹 we would discuss a new klesha every week and it’s so interesting how everyone was able to tie them back to all different aspects of life. Still think about finding an equilibrium between my ragas and dveshas at least once a week and in my yoga practice, so overall very happy with this read!!
