Predictions: I think Lou Cates was molesting Krissi, and that's how I know he didn't do the killings too. Cause then the police might find out what he was doing to her. And this would explain how she knew what to say to convince people she was molested. Diondra's dad could be a twist. He may be the killer, as payback against Ben. Then killed his daughter. Because all we know is that he is protective of her chastity.
