loan expired, back on hold

Not yet half way and I am so bored with these characters and don't care for them at all. I'm going to keep on because so many people rated this 5 stars. Maybe the characters are all going to develop personalities soon. (?)

Well, this audio book loan expired before I finished and I didn’t even care. I was more than halfway done but just didn’t like it like I thought I would. None of the characters were interesting or likable. Blah

Ugh! I think I have to leave Chris B for a while. His books have been hit or miss with me. Loved some but this one was pretty bad. I only stuck it out because I was listening to the audio version which doesn’t take a lot of effort. I never could have plowed through this on my own. Not one likable character—not even the baby. The lobster dreams sealed the fate of this book.

I just can't go on.

Alright, y'all. Halfway through and really dragging. Waited a long time and wanted to love this. Is it because I'm listening and really don't like the narrator?

Just started listening to this and am already enthralled by this person's words and the readers' voices.
