Prayer to the Spiritual Teacher is the title for this part of the book. Many of the writings appear to be in a mantra, song form. I want to learn Tibetan so that I can read, hear, and understand the meaning inin it’s original native context

How I’ve forgotten so many of these principles! I am refreshing my memory and skill set. I recommend reading this a lot, discuss things with my partner

Listening to chapter 2 on audiobooks… omg!! So much of my behavior is in the previous chapter and this one!
I’m seeing how my ADHD negatively impacts my relationships when I compulsively and emotionally react to things, or feel
impatient when waiting my turn to talk. I’m working on my Self. I am learning to mature and learn tools to address my ADHD
