As a person who devours a few audiobooks per week, this book struck a chord for me. I love it. I found myself laughing out loud through a lot of the banter and dialog. It was also sweet and endearing and a book of overcoming loss. A big thumb’s up from me. Really enjoyed this one.

Interesting memoir and well written. I found myself feeling sorrow and also appreciated his humor. It made me appreciate what I have. To grow up in the time period and in those conditions seems hard to believe.
