“Contemporary spirituality…” is philosophy here, anecdotes of his various meditation retreats and desert psychedelic retreats, if u don’t like bhuddism maybe you could read this and not be irritated but it’s not very convincing for someone who already knows a bit. I need to finish just in case I’ll miss something important near the end
