This book reads so fast and then I’ll look down and realized I’ve only progressed 2%

I’d say we need to pick up the pace but the pacing is fine I’m just continually confused by how long this book seems to be

Am I emotionally prepared to slog my way through a 100 page Cassie Clare battle sequence? No not really but I fear that’s where we’re headed

If I finish this book by the end of the year it will be a miracle, it’s draining the life force out of me. Still keeping up with this one on audiobook but my important library holds are all coming in at once so those are my priority rn

All I will say is this dude has a martyr complex the size of small planet and for no good reason too

I get the feeling this book will hurt me

Jacob is a deeply relatable character for sure, but the logic these people use is just so out of this galaxy in its ridiculousness sometimes I simply have to take a deep breath and walk away at times

Chapter on reality tv was genuinely so good like no quippy jokes just like a really really great analysis.
