Just had more to say about this book: I think the main reason why I usually don't read fanfic is because it's so centered around ONE plot, ONE character and knowing that no matter what we're going to end up in the same place over and over is truly boring atp..
Also the more I read the more the y/n act is becoming obvious and obnoxious because ok you're good looking but WHY IS EVERYONE IN LOVE WITH YOU ??

"I can change him" I say while reading this book and getting bored of the storyline, clapping when y/n and severus got separated and hoping this will suddenly take another turn (meanwhile the author writes at every beginning of chapter that THIS IS A SNAPE FANFIC and he's endgame...)
I'm torn between keeping on reading or ending this rn..

Thought I wanted to read smut at first. Which seemed weird because I usually don’t want that type of stuff but I’m like yeah ok if that’s what I’m currently craving rn why not I almost never do. Turns out I just needed to read again about all of the Harry potter’s characters and have a good cry (but I will keep on reeding cause of the plot and I know Cedric’s moment is not too far…)

What can I say ?
During the day i tell myself I should grow up and not read fanfiction and maybe looking back it's poorly written..?
And yet it's currently 2AM (gosh I never go to sleep this late..) and I'm kicking my feet and giggling like the 13 year old girl that I never was (tried to grew up too soon and it's catching me back rn.. Guess you can't escape it ?)

I said I wouldn't read Wattpad because of how poorly written they usually are. I started mocking people who did.
I became the same pretentious snob as my father.
But that was before I found out about AO3... My life is changed (lowkey ruined) and I don't want to get out ever again..

Et là, pile au moment où je me disais qu'au lieu de lire je devrai réviser il définisse "anger" et son étymologie du latin "angor" et finalement les symptômes du Syndrome Coronarien Chronique prennent sens (oui j'essaie de justifier par tout les moyens qu'il me FAUT continuer cette lecture. C'est vitale. Des vies sont en jeu. Dont celles de futur patients mdrr les pauvres)

Qui a des partiels hyper important la semaine prochaine et qui n’a pas encore révisé à fond ? Moi
Et qui a décidé que terminer ce livre était une priorité tant il est captivant ? Toujours moi

Et qui a décidé d’initier une guerre et tuer son pere ? Robin
Donc au finale est ce que c’est ma faute si je révise pas ? Non.

Est ce que vraiment on peut en vouloir à Robin d'avoir fait ça ? Non. J'aurai fait le même choix. Bien que ça ne rende pas son choix plus correct qu'on soit nombreux à le faire. Mais il ne me semblait pas qu'il y ait d'autre issu possible. Et punaise je suis entrain d'engloutir le livre au lieu de réviser 😭

I had never heard of «barbie vaginas» and for some reason it feels almost like something the author invented (though I know it’s very real). I was already so disappointed learning about BBLs and how trendy they were i was absolutely not ready to hear about such a procedure that feels unrealistic.

L’objectif de lecture n’aura jamais été aussi cours de toute ma carrière de lecture: il doit être fini ce soir. L’auteure tient une conférence à 19h. Le livre a l’air très prometteur, j’ai hâte.
