Took me a bit to get into this first volume but by the end I was hanging on every word. Excited to read the rests as now that the foundation has been laid, I can see this being very entertaining!
Emma is clever and witty and such a fun protagonist!

i feel like because another book is coming and this will be a series the author has DRUGGGGGG this book out. i’ve never read a book so slowly because I know we will get no resolve and my interest is just not in it. I think i’m realizing this is precisely why I don’t enjoy series

information overload on my brain. lol. hoping we get all this tech talk out of the way so my simple brain can understand the remainder of the story. Very lovable and funny main character

I fear my elsie silver days are done:( I had so much fun with the chestnut springs series 🤠but the wild series feels so try hard. The men are just too perfectly written by a woman *constant eye rolls* I didn’t connect with gwen or bash at all. didn’t like the son trope, honestly just couldn’t get myself to care - I skim read the last 20% just to get it over with😭

Jewel E Ann is just the best at writing a “can’t put it down” romance. After back to back dnf’s (wild side, fragile sanctuary, first time caller) it feels so good to be giddy and throughly enjoying a romance 🥰
