Some of the most creative, whimsical world building I’ve ever read! Unfortunately our two main characters were so boring & difficult to root for🙃 This adventure was wasted on them!!!

Devoured this! Did it fill the Addie Larue sized whole in my heart? No. It wasn’t perfect but it was special and lovely and watching our characters change (and stay the same) throughout their 1000 years and many lives was captivating. I loved the themes and the way it made me think about our precious lives and the people we love in them.
