I love the Merriweather Sisters/Thornton Brothers series. It may not be high literature, but it is a great series to wind down with in the evening or take on holiday.

Following the storyline to its conclusion, I decided to stick with Victoria, the Vampire/Werewolf assassin/enforcer. Yes, sounds charming, but the whole story revolves around her finding out that there is a whole side to her, that is actually much more companionable than the initial label. There are four volumes to the story of this character, but just for once I did not mind.

This is the second multiauthor cooperation around the Theodosia-Lucius descendants.
AS to be expected not all books are equally good, but the quality is much higher throughout than in the first cooperation, and I particularly enjoyed the two Regency novels and their refreshing humour.
