Just trying to get out of my reading slump. This is fine but not helping much

I like!!!!!! Hard to put down when I get off the train. While I thought I’d enjoy reading about her life in the 1800s better, the chapters set in modern day are far more interesting to me

Like Sally Rooney but more interesting

I think I’m going to fly through this one

Main character is layered! I’m so confused but I’m so intrigued. Love how this author ties in her knowledge of the environment with a human story

Equal parts loving this book and also getting bored

Ever since the new year started, reading felt like a chore; which is crazy because I couldn’t put down a book last year. Call it what you want, but I call it depression. Trying to get back to myself and hoping this book will bring some light to my life. We grow in phases but I hate this phase. Greener pastures ahead ‼️

Bought this book a couple months ago and turns out I have to read it for one of my classes this semester lfg
