Book is enjoyable. Finally updating as I’m switching over to StoryGraphs cause Talie is on that on and I’m retrying to get consistent at reading.

Finally got it from library. Was heavily recommended to me by a kid at camp. Ideally will finish in one library loan.

Finally got this audiobook back. Not my usual read but I’m very interested in continuing.

Starting to get back on reading. Very interested in the story. Not exactly hooked though.

So far very Lord of the Flies-esque but the last chapter changed that route.

It’s good, but I probably won’t continue the series for a good while cause I have so much else I want to read and this honestly hasn’t struck me as much as I’d like.

Coworker recommended then lent me this. Apparently where Hunger Games was inspired. Already more messed up than Hunger Games.

Im obsessed. Non-zero chance I re-read the original trilogy after.

Been in a rut for reading and decided time to go for this cause I’ve wanted to for awhile. (Found a really sick hat outside B&N also that I picked up)

Still interested in the overall thoughts in the book. I felt that the first third of “Eros” was really good, now I’m in the part that just feels like rambles I don’t get.

Was hoping I could finish it before return. Got a bit distracted and didn’t sadly. I’m intrigued by it at the least.

New Katherine Applegate middle school series this time around the premise of a refugee? Instantly hooked.

Really bold to call the chapter on the Soviets “the few who won” when it lead to all the shit it did.

Feel like I can group the themes/thoughts in this book into three sections: really beautifully crafted ideas that I can understand, intriguing ideas that I can’t comprehend fully atm, and some really outdated ideas that boardline invalidated the first two.

It’s not 100+ pages like the app says. It’s 550. So I’m much less along than it originally thought.

Picked up the audiobook and restarted while traveling for the holidays. Just got to the Trump presidency which lo be interesting. Lots of fun to see how interconnected each variant of the evangelical movement is. Also seeing the names and media that I consumed growing up.

Picked up cause I saw a quote on TikTok and I love C.S. Lewis. Definitely will have to reread in the future as I’m not picking up things. It may also just be the fact the first chapter is on the “sub-human” and I have no connection whatsoever.

Accidentally releturned the e-book now I have to wait 9 weeks. It’s electronic why??

The extrapolations between an anarchic society and a capitalist society are so good and simply worded. I love it.

A bit difficult to read, slow and still setting up. But the tensions being created are very gripping.

This book is informative but hard to read. We suck :/

Insanely neat concepts and politics. Unique writing style too.
