I started this last night before bed, and before I knew it, I was 100 pages in. Kor (fmc) has spent her childhood training (kinda like black widow and the Red Room).Kor saves a female in distress and is currently taking lessons on how to be a "human" whilst also still being a kickass assassin.
Favourite line so far: "Fungi are impostors posing as vegetables". I couldn't agree more.
