i really felt for halley and everything she went through but unfortunately this book was not it for me. the age gap lowkey made me uncomfy especially because they met when she was only seventeen. halley felt really immature to me and reed had no substance. it felt like there was no growth or healing from halley and she came off as desperate.

i wanted to dnf after the third chapter. the characters made like they were in love like one hour after meeting and they were already getting it on in chapter two.
